Instructions for use
Place your heat pack on a clean, dry microwave plate. Ensure that no part of the eye pillow is touching the sides of the microwave as the microwave plate needs to be able to spin while heating.
Due to different wattages of microwaves, we recommend testing out a time increment that works for you. Begin with the shortest amount of time, if the heat pack is not warm enough for you, add 30 seconds to the next heating cycle. Although we do not recommend heating this product up, please heat to a warm temperature as this is to be placed over your eyes.
Please be aware that when you remove the heat pack from the microwave, it will be hot! Always use caution.
Ivy Club takes no responsibility for injuries related to incorrect heating of our heat packs.
Always refer to the instructions if you are unsure.
Do not submerge your heat pack in water.
If the heat pack gets dirty, simply spot clean with a damp sponge.
Our eye pillows are also able to be enjoyed cold (simply place it in your fridge for a few hours) or as is - it's ready to be used!
